I only use your details to:

• Arrange and manage your appointments

• Provide the best, safest care for your dog

• Answer your questions and keep in touch about bookings

• Send occasional updates — only if you’ve said yes ✅

I never sell, share, or pass your details to anyone else — ever.

Where it’s kept & how long

• Stored securely in my booking system and private client records

• Kept only as long as needed for your appointments and legal records

• You can ask me to remove your details at any time — just let me know

You have the right to:

• Ask me to correct or update anything that’s wrong

• Ask me to delete your details when they’re no longer needed
